JND Properties, LLC has designed and built a variety of multi-family homes including, doubles, triple and quad town homes, six-plex and eight-plex condos, and twelve unit apartment buildings. In fact, JND Properties, LLC has developed and constructed more original multi-family homes than any other builder in the Pittsburgh area. Currently, the company is designing and developing its newest commercial development know as Ashwood; a new office condominium park located in North Strabane Township. (See Ashwood’s site plan).
